An additional sound system can make the flow of your event much smoother. Usually an additional sound system is needed when the Ceremony and Reception are not in close proximity. We can set-up the additional system, play the ceremony and/or cocktail music at the second location and when the guests move to the Reception room, the music is already playing.
If you are thinking about having music for the Ceremony or Ceremony/Cocktails, we can save you hundreds of dollars, by you not having to hire live musicians.
Note: You can choose extra sound system for Ceremony or Cocktails (at no extra charge). Your choice, one or the other.

When your event needs only music, the DJ will take charge of the event, keep things moving and on time and will play the music you want. Bobby G’s Disc Jockeys strive for excellence and take pride in doing a professional job. Unlike many Disc Jockeys, we are Entertainers. We understand what you; the client goes through, when trying to decide which Disc Jockey Service will be best for your event. We also understand that you may be concerned that the event won’t turn out well. We will spend time with you helping you plan the entire event, from timing of the event, to what type of music should be played. Deciding which style of Disc Jockey you need for your event is very important.
Don’t get fooled, playing an Ipod at your wedding can be cumbersome and could end up being a real disappointment for the Bride/Groom or person throwing the party and their guests.
Our professional DJ/Emcees will coordinate and keep your event on time and make it fun by playing just the right mix of music.

Every Bobby G’s Disc Jockey will Emcee the event. We will keep track of the timelines, make announcements throughout the event and try to keep the event on track and close to the timelines.
When we Emcee a wedding we will keep an eye on the timelines but will never make an announcement until we have given the Bride/Groom, the Parents, the Photographer or Caterers the heads up. When we Emcee an event you can be assured that the timelines will be closely adhered to and the event will run as smoothly as possible. You can just show up, enjoy your family and friends and let us guide you through your special day.

Up lights can make a party even more fun. Our lights are multi-colored and project various colors from the floor to the ceiling.
We will help you determine if the up lighting package is good for your event and if you will get the full benefit of the lighting, depending on your venue and the time of day your event is planned.

Hiring a photographer to cover an event can be a good idea but can be very expensive. When you get a photo booth for your event the attendees can make up their own costume with props and can pose any way they want to. From serious to fun crazy poses everyone can have a blast taking pictures with each other in the photo booth.
